Mobile roller frame

Requirements

Battery-powered mobile roller frame for the transport of roller bottles between two laboratory locations. Roller frame for four bottles with monitored speed set to 0.2/0.5 rpm. Fully enclosed electrical cabinet for sterilisation with H₂0₂. The battery is charged via an induction coupler, the torque transmission from the engine to the drive uses a solenoid coupling. For transport, the whole roller frame can be covered with an insulated box to guarantee constant temperatures.

Engineering, manufacturing, and construction of the whole system. Commissioning at the customer site. All material is resistant to H₂0₂ and documented with material certificates.
